Reporting to the Head of Ecosystem Management, you will engage with Member State innovation ecosystems, including government departments, key health innovation actors and mechanisms, health system innovation mechanisms, accelerators, and key opinion leaders. You will recruit suitable regional organisations, particularly SMEs, as well as learners to participate in EIT Health programmes. In addition, you will recruit and retain EIT Health member organisations and ensure the demonstrable delivery of value to them. Furthermore, you will generate income by securing membership fee payments, developing mutually beneficial projects with members, and identifying opportunities across the Eastern European region, which extends from Latvia and Poland to Moldova and Albania.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience of managing member / client relationships, alongside a strong understanding of innovation in healthcare. You will be comfortable operating in a remote-first, fast-paced environment that requires initiative, adaptability, and close cross-functional collaboration.
