- Admissions cycle: assessing profiles and candidates, guiding them towards the most suitable programme of the entrepreneurship and venture support portfolio according to their moment, expectations and departing point. These could be venture building or business creation programmes, bootcamps, Catapult, and other opportunities such as scholarships towards venture building for earlier stage entrepreneurs.
- Implementation: leading from the call for start-ups / consortiums’ publishing, to its public launch for applicants engagement. This would include support for relevant scouting, potential consortium meetings and management, project management of the content development process and the public launch of the educational service, etc.
- Providing all the required information to the ecosystem managers for a smooth and successful public launch of new programmes. Reviewing and enhancing the existing ones from the financial sustainability and profit and growth perspective.
- You will also support the exploitation of the existing contents in future implementations -according to lessons learnt, market and clients' needs.
- Administrative and financial processes: managing invoices and developing reports in relation to the assigned programmes. Careful observance of Horizon Europe funds is expected.
- Collaboration with other portfolio programmes and projects for a smooth transfer of candidates, innovators and entrepreneurs from a programme to another. I.e. towards programmes for more advanced start-ups or a step towards deepening the knowledge in an area (bootcamps).
- Pitching days and showcase events: supporting the agenda and event’s organisation in close collaboration with other fellow programme managers and events management.
