Your responsibilities

EIT Health is seeking a Coordinator to support the Senior Manager RI&I in the delivery of the EIT cross-KIC programme ‘Regional Innovation & Internationalisation’ (RI&I). The role sits within the Progammes & Delivery unit, overseen by the department in charge of EIT Health’s engagement in NEFAs and cross-KIC.

The position focuses on providing administrative support and coordination for the RI&I programme, under the supervision of the Senior Manager RI&I. You enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment. We are looking for robust project management and coordination skills for this multi-layer, multi-stakeholder programme to ensure the programme is delivered on time and on budget.

Coordination and Administrative Support
  • Alongside the Senior Manager, ensure the programme plan is on track and in full compliance with the Grant Agreement and agreed business plan.
  • Manage day-to-day administration of the project with the RI&I Senior Manager and team (internal and external), including:
    • Workplan execution follow-up, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
    • Support with Consortium coordination and partner follow-up
    • Tracking of resource planning and budget monitoring.
  • Ensure timely and accurate technical and financial reporting, including preparation of inputs and liaison with the EIT and contributing KICs and internal contributors.
  • Develop and maintain internal dashboards and progress reporting for management, flagging risks and mitigation measures.
RI&I Coordination and Alignment
  • Support operational coordination of EIT Health’s role as Lead KIC of the RI&I with activities aligned to RI&I delivery.
  • Contribute to RI&I related activities (e.g. EIT Regional Innovation Booster, Jumpstarter), in coordination with lead-KICs (facilitating dialogue with local authorities) and internal support functions (grant management, PMO, …).
Alignment, Synergies & Internal Coordination
  • Act as internal SPOC for RI&I related queries.
  • Ensure alignment with other units involved in the delivery of RI&I (Ecosystem Development, PMO, Finance, Innovation to Market, Communication).

Your skills & knowledge

  • At least 3 years of experience coordinating projects within alliances or public-private-partnerships context, ideally with EU funding.
  • Strong project management skills, including overseeing activities, coordinating schedules and resources, and ensuring successful deployment of initiatives.
  • Proven ability to coordinate action plans, specifically in the context of EU projects.
  • Proficient in grant management, including budgeting, financial reporting and ensuring compliance.
  • Capability in ensuring alignment with various internal and external (distributed) teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey messages to project team and support functions.
  • Excellent communication skills to represent EIT Health in the RI&I consortium, European forums, with the EIT, and other relevant platforms.
  • Solution-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a remote-first, multicultural environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing EIT cross-KIC programmes is a plus.
