We seek to create within the Accelerator a team dedicated to Market Intelligence, providing a comprehensive market mapping, and unmet needs analysis to foster valuable matchmaking opportunities for both start-ups and partners, while establishing itself as the go-to source for staying informed about the latest trends and the future of healthcare.
EIT Health is seeking to appoint a Project manager for ADD4KIDS project, with a focus on support action in the financial instruments for innovation adoption. The manager will be reporting to the Senior Accelerator Manager within the Market Intelligence unit.
The Project manager will play a crucial role in collaborating with other units and bring knowledge on innovation adoption pathways, public financial instruments, demand-driven innovation and healthcare systems and procurement of innovation. This position involves collaboration with the Programme Managers as well as strong collaboration with other units within EIT Health Accelerator and with Corporate Affairs and Growth office unit.
This is a temporary position for 1 year and is based in our Central Office in Munich. However, remotely working from Germany or France is also possible.

Your responsibilities
- Planning and proactively implementing the project tasks with the expectations detailed in the Grant Agreement.
- Monitoring and executing the project. Ensure progress including deadlines and milestones.
- Attending to project meetings, diligently taking minutes, following up on to-dos and tacking action items.
- Ensuring that the implementation of work packages and delivery of services is of high-quality, timely and within the allocated budget.
- Ensure internal alignment and support from Communication, Finance and all Acceleration units.
- Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome, while ensuring deliverables and KPIs are met.
- Writing programme reports and future programme proposals
- Ensure seamless collaboration with other consortium members leading to successful project execution.
