About the Position
EIT Health is participating as a consortium partner in a diverse twenty-partner consortium to implement the UASEEDs project, which has a budget of €20million, under Horizon Europe. The UASEEDs’ mission is to build a pan-European network that bilaterally supports both the integration of Ukrainian tech innovators into European ecosystems, as well as their enhanced operations within Ukraine.
The Project Manager (II) role is a full-time position, responsible for supporting in delivering the UASEEDs project: including overseeing and managing all aspects of this project in alignment with Accelerator Strategy and EIT Health positioning. This role includes coordination, yet is more focused on content development in activities and fulfilment within work packages, as well as working with the other project managers to plan and achieve EIT Health’s goals within project. The manager will report to the Head of Programmes within the Accelerator Team with a dotted line to the UASEED Lead project manager.
This is a temporary position for 2 years and is based in our Central Office in Munich. However, remotely working from Germany, Spain or France is also possible.

Ensuring that the implementation of work packages and delivery of ecosystem activities is of high-quality, timely and within the allocated budget (particularly in the work packages that EIT Health leads)

Your responsibilities
Ensuring that the implementation of work packages and delivery of ecosystem activities is of high-quality, timely and within the allocated budget (particularly in the work packages that EIT Health leads)
- Monitoring the implementation of the work packages EIT Health is involved in and ensuring progress is captured and deadlines are met.
- Ensuring effective quality assurance, with compliant processes including call publication, data management and expenditure.
- Managing risks to the project's successful outcome, while ensuring deliverables and KPIs are met.
- Responsible for steering the collaboration with UASEEDs Project Manager and EIT Health Innostars to develop matchmaking activities to ensure pan-European Integration and the Jumpstarter team to implement the Jumpstarter-based Pre-acceleration programme.
- Responsible for steering the collaboration between the UASEEDs Project Manager and the Innovation Unit to design and deliver entrepreneurship education and upskilling activities.
- Provide support to UASEEDs project manager with Accelerator Programme managers to design Access to Finance activities linked to Finance Booster.
- Provide support to UASEEDs project manager to build activities and opportunities with other KICs that span across all sectors.
- Provide support to UASEEDs project manager with Market Intelligence Units to design market access activities linked to the Business Acceleration Services and the former Bridgehead Programme.
