Deal Flow Management Support – Working Student (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
Join our Deal Flow Management Unit under EIT Health Accelerator, a leading European start-up ecosystem, as Working Student. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the seamless operation of our Accelerator through diligent KPI collection and reporting, data standardization and analysis, and events preparation. Besides the close interaction within Deal Flow Management unit, this role will foster collaboration with other units across the Accelerator to maintain daily operation of Accelerator activities. This position will be reporting to Deal Flow Manager.

About You
You are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for analytics and a passion for creating positive impact through meticulous process management and data mining. Your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, creativity and willingness to find solutions on your own will be crucial in streamlining operations and enhancing the efficiency of our Accelerator activities.

Responsibilities

  • You will support our business plan execution at a programme level, and support us with the preparation of programme reviews, contracting, monitoring, accounting and reporting.
  • You will support us on our IT platforms and data-analysis for our start-ups profile and their regional ecosystem.
  • You will be part of the process definition and set up of a clear pathway for startups to join our ecosystem.
  • You will contribute on an ad-hoc basis for other tasks of the Accelerator team.
  • You will support on the events organisation and processing.
Your skills & knowledge
Essential Criteria
  • You are based in Munich, studying business management, data analytics, finance, or engineering, and would be available to work long-term with us within 1-2 years.
  • You are highly interested in the healthcare sector, e.g. medtech or biotech.
  • You are a professional in MS Office 365 applications: PowerPoint/Excel/Teams/Word
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English; German will be an asset.
  • You are a self-starter and team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Criteria
  • You feel comfortable working with data – data models and how to retrieve and present information from a large platform don’t intimidate you.
  • You are comfortable with autonomous working and few instructions. You enjoy flexible working methods and deliver results in a structured and accurate manner.
  • You have high computer literacy and are eager to learn new skills.
  • You feel confident and comfortable in an international working environment.

  • Our full-time employees receive 30 days' vacation. The working student is treated accordingly and receives the same number of vacation days on a proportional basis, depending on the days/hours worked.
