Your responsibilities
EIT Health is seeking to appoint a Transversal Processes Manager who will be reporting to the Head of Sustainable Development. The Sustainable Development team is part of the Business Operations and Sustainable development Unit, one of the 3 pillars of the Growth Office, which is overseeing all operations across EIT Health. The candidate must be comfortable interfacing with different stakeholders from other units and departments across the organisation, coordinating all transversal processes development and implementation. The candidate will work in close cooperation with Project Management Office as well as Operations Development managers.
The candidate should possess the ability to travel occasionally across Europe, as the role may involve limited but necessary travel for meetings, conferences, or other business-related activities.
This is a permanent position and is based in our Central Office in Munich. However, remotely working from Germany, Spain or France is also possible.

Transversal processes
- Create and maintain the mapping of all the existing activities across the organisation and the description of all inter-related processes,
- Develop and coordinate the sharing of excellence monitoring and good professional practices across the organization,
- Interact with other units to enable efficient coordination of the knowledge sharing management across the organization in terms of excellence monitoring, creation of ad hoc dashboards, project achievements, KPIs, etc.,
- Develop and deploy agile management processes across the organization,
- Develop and deploy the Green Deal project across the organization,
- Develop and deploy processes linked to resource mapping, planning, and professional development journey,
- Support the gathering of data and the development of data analysis in terms of resources planning and performance to enable decision making process taking place at management board level,
- Collect business requirements to enable the development of ad hoc platforms/digital solutions necessary for the internal processes,
- Collaborate with other dedicated units to enable the development of ad hoc platforms/digital solutions necessary for the internal processes by supporting the execution of business requirements.
Management and reporting
- Participate in ad hoc meetings with dedicated team,
- Report regularly to the Head of sustainable development on the progress of the activities and interactions with any other unit,
- Provide ad hoc written activity and costs reports,
- Propose mitigation/improvement action plans related to the set of activities under his/her responsibilities,
- Support the Head in any operational tasks linked to the Department development and improvement.
